2018 has already brought many changes to DirecTech sales team

The new year is shaping up as a memorable one for the DirecTech sales team.

Over the last three months, the company has made several departmental changes that Sales Director Dan Tooker said they are now enthusiastically reaping the benefits of.

“Inside Sales Manager Tanya Smith has done an outstanding job at leading the Inside Sales team and changing the entire culture of that department,” Tooker said in a statement. “Director Of Sales Support Darci Henning -- as usual -- has jumped in with both feet and has already made a huge impact in her department. Morgan Daft has continued to take on more duties and show leadership qualities. All three of these leaders have embraced their new rolls and exceeded all expectations to this point.”

More recently, Rob Snook was installed in the position of senior sales adviser. With more than two decades of industry experience, Snook will directly report to Tooker and continue to oversee the company’s valuable Telco accounts.

After spending the last year as one of the company's most productive sales leaders, Russ Meyer has been tabbed as the new outside sales manager.

“I couldn't be more proud and excited for the sales leadership we have in place moving forward in 2018,” Tooker said. “I am a huge fan of goal setting and sharing those goals so others can hold you accountable.”
